Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for November 19, 2012 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />Approve Review of CUP for Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br />At its January 2, 2007 meeting, the City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for <br />Lametti and Sons, Inc., on property located at 16028 Forest Boulevard. The CUP allows interior <br />and exterior storage of material and equipment, and processing of cured -in-place pipe that will <br />be completed inside of an existing building. Condition #12 of the permit states that the CUP <br />shall be reviewed every five years from the date of issuance. Staff visited the property on <br />October 31, 2012 and is not aware of any violations of the existing special use permit. Staff <br />recommended approval of the CUP review to the Planning Commission on November 8, 2012, <br />and the Planning Commission unanimously agreed. Council Member Haas shared his <br />appreciation for the quick response by Lametti and Sons, Inc. to fix their fence that had been <br />damaged. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the CUP for Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br />Approve Review of SUP for Bald Eagle Sportsman Association <br />The Bald Eagle Sportsman Association (BESA) has a special use permit (SUP) to operate a gun <br />club on property located at 6557 125th Street. Condition #19 of the permit states that it shall be <br />reviewed prior to December I't of the even -numbered years, or if the SUP is amended or <br />violated. Staff visited the gun club on October 24, 2012 and is not aware of any violations of the <br />existing special use permit. There were no changes on the property. Staff recommended approval <br />of the SUP review to the Planning Commission on November 8, 2012. The Planning <br />Commission unanimously recommended approval of the SUP review to the City Council. BESA <br />Club President Al Savage was in attendance and announced the club recently celebrated their <br />70th anniversary. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the SUP review for BESA. <br />Approve Lot line Adjustment for Hauble at 5460 and 5490 125th Street North <br />Gerald Hauble and Donald Hauble requested approval of a property line adjustment for <br />properties located at 5460 & 5490 125th Street North and the 20 -acre property to the north. The <br />proposed lot line adjustment complies with all applicable zoning regulations in the City Code. <br />Staff recommended Council approve the property line adjustment for Gerald and Donald Hauble <br />for properties located on 125th Street North. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br />RESOLUTION 2012-35 APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5460 & 5490 125TH STREET NORTH AND THE ADJACENT <br />PARCEL TO THE NORTH. <br />Approve Resignation of Firefighter Zac Wellner from the Hugo Fire Department <br />Firefighter Zac Wellner submitted his letter of resignation from the Hugo Fire Department. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the letter of resignation from Zac Wellner. <br />Update on JD 2 Minor Ditch Maintenance <br />City staff has been working with the Rice Creek Watershed District to develop plans for the next <br />phase of minor maintenance within Judicial Ditch 2. City Engineer Jay Kennedy updated the <br />Council regarding projects completed during 2012, as well as the planned next phases of the <br />
