Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Community Development Director Bryan Bear <br />Bryan Bear was hired by the City of Hugo on May 3, 2004 as the City's Community <br />Development Director. Over the past seven years, Bryan has been responsible for economic <br />development and community development activities in the City of Hugo and management of the <br />Community Development Department. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for Community Development Director Bryan Bear. <br />Approval of 2 A.M. Liquor License for Sal's Angus Grill <br />Sal's Angus Grill, 12010 Keystone Avenue North, has applied to the City for renewal of its 2:00 <br />a.m. closing time. City staff has reviewed the application and found it to be satisfactorily <br />complete. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the application for a 2:00 a.m. closing <br />time for Sal's Angus Grill. <br />Approve Change Orders No. 3 and 4 for 147th Street/TH61 Intersection Improvement <br />Proiect <br />The City of Hugo has received a request for a change orders from Arnt Construction for <br />construction work completed to date for the 147th Street/ TH61 Intersection Improvement <br />Project. Staff has reviewed the change order for approval. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved Change Orders No. 3 and 4 for construction of the intersection improvement project. <br />Approve Purchase of Playground Equipment from St. Croix Recreation for Hanifl Athletic <br />Park <br />The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Commission recommend the purchase of playground <br />equipment for Hanifl Fields Athletic Park from St. Croix Recreation in an amount not to exceed <br />$70,000. The Parks Commission selected the vendor, playground equipment design, and color <br />scheme after discussions at its February 9, March 9, and April 13, 2011 meetings. The <br />playground features a natural color scheme fitting the design of the building and the park. The <br />playground equipment is planned to be installed at the end of May, 2011 with a Grand Opening <br />of the Hanifl Fields Athletic Park to be held in early June. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the purchase of playground equipment for Hanifl Fields Athletic Park from St. Croix <br />Recreation in an amount not to exceed $70,000. <br />
