Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes January 3, 2011 Page 5 of 9 Approve Annual Performance Review for Associate Planner Rachel Juba Rachel Juba was hired as the City's new Associate Planner on January 2, 2007 and promoted to Planner last year. Rachel provides all support staff to the Economic Development Authority in preparation of the agenda and serves as staff appointment to various special subcommittees that have completed work over the past year. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Planner Rachel Juba. Approve Annual Performance Review for PW Worker Ryan McCullough Ryan McCullough was hired on January 2, 2007 as the City of Hugo's new Apprentice Public Works Maintenance. Ryan has worked over the past four years in a wide variety of the duties completed by the Public Works Department including snowplowing, landscape maintenance, sewer work, and water work. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Apprentice Public Works Worker Ryan McCullough. Approve Animal Control Service Contract for 2009 Richard Ruzicka, dba Animal Control Services (ASC), has been providing the City of Hugo animal control services for the past several years. ASC is requesting to continue to provide service to the City of Hugo for the year 2011. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Animal Control Service Contract for 2011 with ASC. Approve Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Agreement for Bald Eagle Lake For many years, the City of Hugo has participated in supplemental law enforcement coverage on Bald Eagle Lake with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department and the Town of White Bear Lake. Coverage for winter patrol services to the City for the year 2011 shall not to exceed $1,640. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Supplemental Law Enforcement Agreement with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department for enforcement on Bald Eagle Lake. Approve Rescheduling of Second Meeting in January to Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in Observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Holiday Each year, the Hugo City Council reschedules the seconded meeting of the month which falls on the third Monday in January, which is the Dr. Martin Luther King Federal Holiday. The Hugo City Council has always rescheduled the meeting to the next available day which is Tuesday. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved rescheduling the second meeting in January to Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Day.
