There have been other extension requests previously approved
by the City Council for this project. Approval for the project will expire on August 17, 2010.
The property owners have requested an extension of approval for 36 months, until August 17,
2013, because of the conditions of the real estate market. At its March 15, 2010 meeting, the
City Council considered a request from Jim and Karen Bever for the extension of 36 months for
Enchanted Waters, until August 6, 2013. The City Council approved the request for 24 months
until August 6, 2012. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved an extension for 24 months, to
expire August 17, 2012, for the Sunset Shores Final Plat approval, which is different from what
the Wlaschins' have requested.
