Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved an extension for one year, <br />to expire June 21, 2011, for Oneka Square rezoning, PUD general plan, and preliminary plat. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 2 from Arnt Construction for South Egg Lake Street <br />Reconstruction Proiect <br />City staff has received Pay Request No. 2 from Arnt Construction for work completed to date on <br />the South Egg Lake Street Reconstruction Project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff <br />has reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the <br />project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 2 from Arnt Construction <br />for work completed to date on the South Egg Lake Reconstruction Project in the amount of <br />$90,851.15. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 2 from Renner Construction for Construction of Well No. 6 <br />City staff has received Pay Request No. 2 from Renner Construction for work completed to date <br />on the construction of Well No. 6 located near the intersection of TH61 and 125th Street. Senior <br />Engineering Technician Steve Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have reviewed the pay <br />request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 2 from Renner Construction for work completed to <br />date on the construction of Well No. 6 in the amount of $19,648.09. <br />Approve Lawful Gambling Permit for Sergeant Joe Bergeron Fundraiser on Friday, June <br />25, 2010 at the Hugo American Legion <br />The City of Hugo has received a lawful gambling permit from the Hugo American Legion and a <br />number of local volunteers who are preparing for the Sergeant Joe Bergeron Fundraiser, which <br />will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Hugo American Legion. As Council is aware, <br />Sergeant Joe Bergeron, Hugo resident and Maplewood Police Officer, was killed in the line of <br />duty on Saturday, May 1, 2010. The volunteers would like to hold a silent auction along with a <br />number of raffles to raise money for the family of Sergeant Joe Bergeron. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Permit for the Sergeant Joe Bergeron <br />Fundraiser to be held at the Hugo American Legion on Friday, June 25, 2010. The public is <br />invited to attend this event. <br />Approve Rezoning and Preliminary Plat for Prairie Village — Pratt <br />Councilmember Haas removed this item from the Consent Agenda. Community Development <br />Director Bryan Bear presented to Council an application from Pratt Development to rezone 40 <br />acres from Future Urban Service (FUS) to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and two <br />existing outlots in Heritage Ponds from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Single Family <br />Detached Residential (R-3). Both rezoning requests are consistent with the land use plan. The <br />applicant also requested preliminary plat approval for 79 lots and 5 outlots on 40.59 acres to be <br />known as "Prairie Village". At its June 10, 2010 meeting the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing and considered the requests. There was no one that spoke on the application besides the <br />applicant. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the rezoning and <br />
