Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for December 6, 2010 Page 5 of 9 Approve Lawful Gambling Permit for the Bridget Tidd Benefit on February 19, 2011 at the Hugo American Legion The Hugo American Legion Women's Auxiliary has applied for a Lawful Gambling Permit to sell raffle tickets for the Bridget Tidd Benefit to be held at the Hugo American Legion on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Bridget is suffering from late stage neurological Lyme disease, which was transferred to her baby causing premature birth. This benefit is to assist the Tidd family with their medical needs. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Permit for the Bridget Tidd Benefit to be held on February 19, 2011 at the Hugo American Legion. Approve Change Order No. 2 from Rum River Contracting for TH61/1301" Street Intersection Improvement Proiect The City of Hugo has received a request for approval of Change Order No. 2 from Rum River Contracting for the TH61/1301h Street Intersection Improvement Project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have reviewed the change order and found it to be satisfactory and necessary for the project, reflecting a reduction in the overall cost by $10,698.93. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Change Order No. 2 from Rum River Contracting for the TH61/130th Street Intersection Improvement Project. Approve Change Order No. 1 from Northdale Construction for 125th Street Watermain Extension Proiect The City of Hugo has received a request for approval of Change Order No. 1 from Northdale Construction for the 125th Street Watermain Extension Project. Public Works Director Scott Anderson and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have reviewed the change order and found it to be satisfactory and necessary for the project. Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Northdale Construction for 125th Street Watermain Extension Proiect The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 1 from Northdale Construction for construction of the 125th Street Watermain Extension Project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 1 from Northdale Construction in the amount of $119,342.03 for work completed to date on the 125th Street Watermain on the Extension Project. Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Greystone Construction for Salt Storage Building The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 1 from Greystone Construction for construction of the salt storage building at the City's Public Works Facility. Public Works Director Scott Anderson has reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 1 from Greystone Construction in the amount of $39,520 for construction of the salt storage building.
