. Resolution 2010-5 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Architecture <br />a. Rooftop equipment shall be screened by parapet or roof forms. Wood and metal <br />enclosures are prohibited. Ground mounted equipment must be screened by walls <br />designed and located to be aesthetically harmonious and compatible with the building. <br />Material for screening shall be the same materials as the primary structure. <br />b. Commercial building materials and architectural details shall be as shown on the plans <br />received on January 29, 2010. <br />c. All building elevations shall receive nearly equal treatment and visual qualities. <br />d. All building materials shall be of high quality and constructed of durable materials. <br />1) All block within the development shall be integral colored. No painted CMU will be <br />permitted. <br />2) All stone on the building shall be Owens Corning Southern Ledgestone Chardonnay, <br />which is consistent with the building materials elsewhere in the Victor Gardens North <br />Village. <br />3) A revised material sample board that reflects the approved building materials and <br />colors shall be submitted for City review and approval. <br />e. Building and parking lot lighting shall be consistent with the fixtures used in the Victor <br />Gardens North Village. Details and cut sheets shall be submitted for city review and <br />approval. <br />f. Lights standards in parking lots shall be a consistent 30 -foot maximum height as <br />specified in the Victor Gardens North Village Architectural Design Criteria. The plans <br />shall be revised accordingly. <br />g. No downspouts or gutters are shown on the building. The plans shall be revised to <br />clearly show how rooftop drainage will be managed. <br />Trash and Recycling <br />h. Trash and recycling areas have been designed internal to the building. No exterior <br />storage of trash or recycling shall be permitted except that trash receptacles may be <br />provided at convenient locations on site to facilitate litter control. <br />Signage <br />i. The applicant must prepare revised sign criteria to regulate tenant signage according to <br />the City's requirements and consistent with the sign criteria approved for Victor Gardens <br />North Village, except as amended by this approval.
