Resolution 2010-5 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />1) Signage must comply with the Victor Gardens North Sign Criteria except as <br />specifically noted in this approval. <br />i. PUD flexibility is permitted allow signage on all 4 building elevations where such <br />signage is normally permitted on only 2 elevations. <br />2) The Victor Gardens North Village includes one monument on the shared property line <br />between this site and Kwik Trip. One sign panel has been reserved for this property. <br />The property owner shall provide the City will a written summary of how that sign <br />panel will be used. No other freestanding signage is allowed. <br />3) Tenant signage shall only be allowed on that tenant's space. <br />4) Only one tenant wall sign per tenant per fagade is allowed. <br />5) The developer must provide a copy of the sign criteria to building tenants. <br />6) A sign permit is required for all signs. Tenants must submit a sign permit application <br />to the city for review and approval prior to installing any signage. <br />Parks and Trails <br />j. The applicant has satisfied all park dedication requirements with previous phases of this <br />development. No additional dedication is required. <br />k. The applicant shall dedicate a 10 -foot public trail easement over Outlot B (the private <br />road) for a future trail. <br />1. The applicant shall dedicate an easement over the private sidewalk that connects <br />Rosemary Way to CSAH 8. The maintenance of this private drive is the responsibility of <br />the association. <br />m. The private sidewalk shall be constructed with this phase. Construction details shall be <br />submitted for city review and approval. <br />n. The site plan shall be updated to show the sidewalk connection between the proposed <br />sidewalk from Rosemary Way and the existing sidewalk on the north side of the private <br />road. <br />Streets, Access and Parking <br />o. The parking calculation shown on sheet C4 do not comply with city ordinance <br />requirements and should be revised to reflect the required number of parking spaces <br />based on the ordinance requirements (11,933 s.f./200 + 8 = 68 stalls required). <br />p. The existing median on the private road is proposed to be removed. The work must be <br />completed according to City standards. <br />q. No parking is permitted on the Private Road. <br />
