A copy of the signed agreement must be submitted to the City. z. The landscape plan should be prepared by a registered landscape architect to ensure survivability and suitability of the materials as shown. Miscellaneous aa. The existing conditions survey should be revised to show the entire area proposed to be platted. bb. The site areas and calculations shown on sheet C4 shall be updated to reflect the 45,470 - square foot lot. cc. The applicant shall comply with all conditions from the City Engineer's memo dated February 3, 2010. dd. The applicant shall be responsible for all trunk infrastructure fees. ee. A complete set of revised plans addressing the conditions of approval shall be submitted for city approval.
