Landscaped areas shall be irrigated. The developer shall submit an irrigation plan for <br />review and approval by the City. <br />u. The developer and/or the owner's association shall be responsible for maintenance of the <br />landscaping and irrigation systems within the development. <br />v. The retaining wall shall be boulder retaining walls to match the Victor Gardens North <br />Village retaining wall materials. <br />w. The ornamental fence detail shall match the other ornamental fencing in Victor Gardens <br />North Village. <br />x. The plans must be revised to show the relocation of the three trees on Kwik Trip property <br />proposed to be removed to accommodate the retaining wall. <br />y. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining a temporary easement agreement from <br />Kwik Trip for the tree removal, tree replacement and installation of the retaining wall. A <br />copy of the signed agreement must be submitted to the City. <br />z. The landscape plan should be prepared by a registered landscape architect to ensure <br />survivability and suitability of the materials as shown. <br />Miscellaneous <br />aa. The existing conditions survey should be revised to show the entire area proposed to be <br />platted. <br />bb. The site areas and calculations shown on sheet C4 shall be updated to reflect the 45,470 - <br />square foot lot. <br />cc. The applicant shall comply with all conditions from the City Engineer's memo dated <br />February 3, 2010. <br />dd. The applicant shall be responsible for all trunk infrastructure fees. <br />ee. A complete set of revised plans addressing the conditions of approval shall be submitted <br />for city approval. <br />
