� <br />Resolution 2007-25 <br />Page 3 <br />1. Trash and recycling areas must be designed internal to the building or as an <br />integral part of the building. <br />Signage <br />m. Wall signs must comply with the Victor Gardens sign criteria approved by the <br />City on November 6, 2006. <br />n. No additional freestanding signage shall be allowed. <br />o. A sign plan for each building must be submitted with the final development plans <br />for each building. <br />p. Sign details, including materials, lighting and colors must be submitted for review <br />and approval by the City. The details shall include details about lighting colors, <br />including any LED lighting proposed. <br />Parks and Trails <br />q. Sidewalk connections must be provided between the proposed buildings and the <br />existing trail on CSAH S. The developer shall work with the City and County to <br />ensure these connections are made. Crosswalk details shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by City staff. <br />r. Park dedication requirements for this site have been met with previous additions. <br />No additional park dedication is required for this phase. <br />Streets, Access and Parking <br />s. The developer must submit a plan with details for paving, sidewalks and cross <br />walks for review and approval by the City. <br />t. No parking is permitted on the shared drives. <br />u. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded with the final plat for <br />the shared private drives and parking. <br />v. Parking and drive aisles must be a minimum of 5 -feet from public right-of-way. <br />The plans shall be revised to dimension this setback to ensure compliance. <br />w. Staff will monitor the tenants within the development to ensure that adequate <br />parking is provided as tenants are finalized. <br />Landscaping and Open Space <br />x. Landscaped areas shall be irrigated. The developer shall submit an irrigation plan <br />for review and approval by the City. <br />
