Resolution 2006-19 <br />• 'Page 3 <br />2) The electronic message board portion of the multi -tenant sign shall maintain <br />constant illumination and only display motor fuel prices. <br />3) The multi -tenant identification freestanding monument sign shall be constructed as <br />shown on the sign dated January 26, 2006. The building materials shall be identical <br />to the adjacent multi -tenant identification sign in Victor Gardens North Village. <br />4) One development identification sign (with no tenant signage) shall be allowed on <br />the east side of the site as shown on the plans. <br />5) The architectural design of the sign, the total square footage of the sign, and the <br />proposed building materials shall be identical to the adjacent development <br />identification sign in Victor Gardens North Village. <br />6) The development identification signs must be set back 8 feet from the property line, <br />except that a zero -setback will be allowed adjacent to CSAH 8. Sight -visibility <br />must be maintained at intersections. <br />7) The applicant must identify, in square feet, the total amount of area the wall signs <br />will consume and how the wall signage meets City requirements. <br />8) The applicant must submit revised sign criteria to regulate tenant signage according <br />to the City's requirements and consistent with the sign criteria approved for Victor <br />Gardens North Village. <br />9) The multi -tenant identification freestanding monument sign shall be relocated off <br />the property line and outside of the required drainage and utility easement. <br />i. This shared sign shall be located in a private sign easement as shown. <br />ii. The applicant shall work with City staff to determine the final sign <br />location. <br />Parks and Trails <br />j. The applicant has satisfied all park dedication requirements with previous phases of this <br />development. No additional dedication is required. <br />k. The applicant shall dedicate a 20 -foot public trail easement over all trails located outside <br />of the public right-of-way. <br />1. The trail on the north side of the private drive and west of the wetland complex shall be <br />constructed with this phase <br />in. All trails shall be 10 -feet wide and paved with a bituminous surface. The trails shall be <br />constructed by and paid for by the applicant with this plat. <br />
