Resolution 2005-10 <br />Page 2 <br />Architectural and Design standards <br />4. The townhomes must be the Carriage and Cottage Row type units, as approved with <br />the preliminary plat. <br />5. Both the single-family homes and the townhomes must comply with the design <br />palette and guidelines previously submitted. <br />6. All building elevations shall receive nearly equal treatment and visual qualities. <br />7. No adjacent home shall have the same front elevation colors or architectural styles. <br />Materials shall be consistent with the architectural plans and design palette required <br />as part of the PUD approvals. <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br />8. The developer shall work with the City to establish guidelines. for crosswalks... .. <br />9. Lighting fixtures shall be the same type as used throughout the rest of the <br />development. <br />10. Exterior lighting shall be consistent throughout the development. All lighting shall be <br />shielded to prevent glare and light trespass, as required by Section 1174-140.1 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance.
