Ability to transcribe and type Council minutes and other correspond- <br />ence. <br />6. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. <br />7. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with <br />cit)/ officials, employees, and the public. <br />' <br />S. Any combination equivalent to graduation from a high school or voca- <br />tional training in the field of office administration, accounting, and <br />three (3) years responsible office management experience. <br />
