Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for March 20, 2006 as presented. <br />VA <br />Pulte Homes requested approval of a final plat and development agreement for Waters Edge South 3nd <br />Addition. This is the 3`d phase of the project and includes 115 townhomes on 45 acres. The final plat is <br />consistent with the approved preliminary plat. Adoption of the Consent Agenda adopted Resolution <br />2006-10 approving the final plat and development agreement for Waters Edge South 3rd Addition. <br />APPROVE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL PLAT FOR WATERS EDGE <br />FOURTH ADDITION (PULTE HOMES) <br />Pulte Homes requested approval of a final plat and development agreement for Waters Edge Fourth <br />Addition. The final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat and contains 120 Village <br />townhomes on 13.5 acres located in the southwest corner of the site. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />adopted Resolution 2006-11 approving the final plat and development agreement for Waters Edge 4d' <br />Addition. <br />APPROVE LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR FEMA GRANT FOR 800 MHz RADIOS FOR HFD <br />AND COUNTY <br />For the past several months, fire chiefs representing municipalities in Washington County have been <br />meeting to discuss an application to Homeland Security/FEMA for funding 800 mghz radios. This joint <br />effort was suggested to consolidate multiple FEMA grant applications to increase the successful <br />application for grant funds. On March 8, 2006, the Washington County administrators group received a <br />presentation from the Washington County Fire Chiefs' Association group requesting formal support <br />letters from administrators, managers, and city councils. The WC administrators group endorsed this <br />joint application approach, which requires a letter of support from respective city administrator or <br />managers. This grant would be an 80/20 match, with the 20% coming from the Hugo Fire Department's <br />
