PW
Director Chris Petree was in attendance and stated that all bids received were not based on the same
criteria for trees to be planted. Chris will contact bidders advising them all of the same specifications
developed -by landscape architect, Laurie McRostie, and to rebid accor ingly.
Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to reject all bids received to date.
VOTING AYE: Haas, Petryk, Miron
ABSTAINED: Puleo
Motion Carried.
Miron made motion, Haas seconded, directing staff to obtain new quotes from the four previous bidders,
with larger balled/burlapped trees and award the bid to the lowest quote under $9,100.
VOTING AYE: Haas, Petryk, Miron
ABSTAINED: Puleo
Motion Carried.
DISCUSS REQUEST FROM THE CITY OF GRANT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR
CULVERT REPAIR (12e STREET)
PW Director Chris Petree received a request from the City of Grant to share in costs associated with a
culvert repair made on 12& Street, between CR 7 and Ironwood Avenue.
