Time spent reviewing development proposals will be charged to the developer's <br />escrow. CD Director John Rask recommended the planning services of Kendra Lindahl of Landform, <br />who is a planning consultant specializing in delivery of these services. Kendra was present to introduce <br />herself to the Council. <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, authorizing the services of Kendra Lindahl and Landform. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approval of Subordination Agreement with Schwieters <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims for January 22, 2002 as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT WITH SCHWIETERS <br />At its meeting in November 2001, the Council approved the Development Agreement with the <br />Schwieter brothers for the development of a 46,000 sq ft facility on Fenway Avenue. City Attorney <br />Dave Snyder reviewed the Subordination Agreement and recommended Council approve it as <br />submitted. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Subordination Agreement with Schwieters. <br />APPROVAL OF A REVISED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH LINO LAKES FOR <br />WATER <br />City staff has worked with the City of Lino Lakes for more than two years to develop a Joint Powers <br />Agreement that will provide for municipal water in the southwest area of the City, immediately south of <br />CSAH 8 and adjacent to Elmcrest Avenue. City staff made the necessary changes to the JPA and <br />recommended that Council approve the JPA with the City of Lino Lakes to provide for municipal water <br />for a period not -to -exceed 54 months. City Attorney Dave Snyder presented the JPA at the meeting. <br />Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the Joint Powers Agreement with Lino Lakes for <br />municipal water subject to changes recommended by the City Attorney. <br />All aye.
