City Council meeting of February 5, 2001 <br />Page 5 <br />MEETING DATE CHANGE FROM 2/19 TO 2/20 DUE TO PRESIDENT'S DAY HOLIDAY <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda changes the regular City Council meeting date from February 19, <br />2001 to Tuesday, February 20, 2001 due to President's Day holiday. <br />EVERTON AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY SCOPE OF SERVICES (SEH) <br />This agreement was tabled by the Council at its January 16, 2001 meeting, and staff was directed to <br />tighten up the language. The City Engineer Dave Mitchell and SEH officials tightened up the language, <br />as requested, including a list of deliverables. City staff recommended Council approve the Scope of <br />Services Agreement with SEH for work on the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Study. <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the Scope of Services Agreement with SEH for work <br />on the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Study. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />EVERTON AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY SCOPE OF SERVICES (WSB) <br />This agreement was tabled by the Council at its January 16, 2001 meeting, and staff was directed to <br />tighten up the language. The City Water Resource Engineer Pete Willenbring and WSB officials <br />tightened up the language, as requested, including a listing of deliverables. City staff recommended <br />Council approve the Scope of Services Agreement with WSB for work on the Everton Avenue <br />Neighborhood Study. <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the Scope of Services Agreement with WSB for work <br />on the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Study as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR APLIKOWSKI AND PULEO <br />Beverly Aplikowski and Frank and Judy Puleo requested approval of a property line adjustment for <br />their properties located at 16003 and 16155 Forest Blvd. The Aplikowski property is currently 38.8 <br />acres and the Puleo property is 37.6 acres. After the property line adjustment, Aplikowski's property <br />would be 66.2 acres and the Puleo property would be 10.2 acres. Property line adjustments are exempt <br />from the City's moratorium and subdivision regulations. Staff reviewed the application and found that <br />it complies with all of the City's zoning requirements. <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-03 APPROVING PROPERTY <br />LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR BEVERLY APLIKOWSKI AND FRANK PULED FOR PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED AT 16003 AND 16155 FOREST BLVD. <br />
