City Council meeting of May 7, 2001 <br />Page 4 <br />Vernon Granna made application to the City for a property line adjustment f r his property located at <br />6900 170d' Street. City staff has reviewed the application and found it to be ' rk compliance with City <br />code. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the property line adjustmet it to Vernon Granna for his <br />property at 6900 1700 Street. <br />Thomas Jackson submitted an application for a property line adjustment for l <br />Industrial Park 0 Addition, which is north of the future MN Union Builders <br />reviewed the application and found it to be in compliance with City code. A• <br />Agenda approved the property line adjustment for the Thomas Jackson Lots <br />4" Addition. <br />MnDOT periodically requests traffic counts from cities for their Municipal S <br />of the Consent Agenda authorized staff to proceed with the traffic counts for <br />requested by the officials at MnDOT. <br />PARK COMMISSIONERS TERM LENGTH <br />The Council recently appointed two new members to the Parks Commissioi <br />to the City ordinance increasing the Commission from five to seven membe <br />City ordinance in more detail, and requested a clarification on the length of <br />Consent Agenda approved the maintenance of staggered terms insuring ove <br />Commission, with the appointment of Tom Weidt and Tom Cheesebrow to <br />ROAD STABILIZATION <br />In the year 2000, the Council discussed a petition request from residents aloe <br />Council approval for their petition for bituminous surfacing.
