Haas made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-72, RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL TAX LEVY PAYABLE IN 2002 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,904,417. VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron Motion Carried. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT W/WILLIAMS FOR APPRAISAL AND RELOCATION COSTS Staff announced that the relocation costs for the Williams, as reviewed by Evergreen Land Services, was consistent with federal and state law. The City Council also agreed that Earl and Violet Williams will be paid $149,000 for the sale of their house to the City for the new City Hall. SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT (HUGO LAND DEVELOPMENT) Hugo Land Development requested approval of a Subordination Agreement for the MN Union Builders Project. City staff recommended approval of the Agreement subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. Puleo made motion, Haas seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-73, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ASSIGNMENT AND SUBORDINATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron Motion Carried. APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT/DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR HIDDEN HILLS At its November 28, 2001 meeting, the Hugo Planning Commission considered the plat for the Hidden Hills Preserve subdivision. The PC reviewed the final plat and forwarded its unanimous recommendation to the Council for consideration. As Council is aware, it considered the preliminary plat for the Hidden Hills Preserve subdivision on October 15, 2001, where it offered its approval and acceptance. City staff recommended Council approve the final plat and Development Agreement for the Hidden Hills Preserve subdivision. Haas made motion, Granger seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-74 APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR HIDDEN HILLS PRESERVE SUBD. VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron Motion Carried.
