Motion Carried. <br />HUGO AUTO PARTS — AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSE <br />Hugo Auto Parts, 16615 Forest Blvd., applied for an Auto Dismantling License to operate at the <br />above location. The Council received a copy of a memo from the City Code Enforcement Officer, <br />John Benson, indicating that the Hugo Auto Parts is in compliance with City regulations. <br />Haas made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the Auto Dismantling License for Hugo Auto <br />Parts, 16615 Forest Blvd., to operate for another two-year period. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH LINO LAKES — WENZEL FARMS <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson, will work with Lino Lakes staff to schedule a meeting to discuss <br />trail extensions to their community, and other issues pertinent to the two communities. <br />REQUEST FOR FUNDING — REMOVAL OF WEEDS IN BALD EAGLE LAKE <br />Council member Petryk requested that the Council consider City participation in the cost of <br />harvesting weeds in Bald Eagle Lake. Councilman Leroux felt that property owners have <br />attempted to privatize the lake, so did not support the request. <br />Petryk made motion, Barnes seconded, that the City of Hugo contribute $3,000 to help harvest <br />weeds in Bald Eagle Lake. <br />Voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: Jim Leroux <br />Motion Carried. <br />TH61/120TH STREET SIGNAL FUNDING <br />Staff provided the Council a preliminary funding breakdown for the proposed signal at TH61 and <br />120'h Street from MnDOT, with a cost estimate to the City of Hugo of $145,000. MnDOT seeks a <br />reaction to the proposed funding prior to processing the final agreements. <br />Petryk made motion, Barnes seconded, that the City of Hugo supports the project and agrees with <br />the cost estimate of $145,000 as Hugo's share of the project's cost. White Bear Township shall <br />pay one half the cost of electricity with the City of Hugo. All aye.
