The final plat for phase one of this
development was approved by the Council on September 21, 1998. Since that time, it has been
determined that the sanitary sewer lift station planned for Beaver Ponds is not a functional
requirement for phase one of the project, and the revised Development Agreement allows Oakwood
until July 1, 2000 to construct this facility. Future phases of this development will be dependent upon
construction of the lift station. After some discussion regarding the park to be located in the
development, Mr. Peterson agreed to do whatever was reasonably necessary for installation for
soccer fields, etc.
Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the Development Agreement, between Oakwood
Land Development and the City of Hugo, for the Beaver Ponds subdivision, as amended.
All aye.
