City Council meeting of February 16, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />Stotlzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to schedule a hearing for March 1, 1999 to consider the <br />revocation of a SUP to operate an auto recycling yard at 16705 and 16813 Forest Boulevard. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CREEKVIEW PRESERVE (COST-SHARING REQUEST) <br />The Council previously considered requests from the Backes Companies for the City to reimburse their <br />firm for certain costs incurred for extending 12" watermain along TH61 and increasing the depth of the <br />sanitary sewer throughout the project to serve adjacent properties. The Council last tabled action on <br />this matter at their regular meeting of February 1, 1999 pending receipt of additional information on the <br />cost -benefit of the project to adjacent properties, which was provided. Mayor Stoltzman felt that <br />conduit along TH61 could reduce the cost-sharing benefit owed the developer. Councilman Haas <br />informed the developer that he would recommend that no cost-sharing be given until the project is <br />completed. <br />Haas made motion, Stoltzman seconded; to table this matter the City Engineer develops the preliminary <br />.plans and specs for- improvements in the Peloquin Industrial Park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />HISTORIC SCHOOL HOUSE RENOVATION REPORT <br />At the request of Katie Riopel, this item was removed from the agenda until a future date. <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (ONEKA LAKE VIEW EAST) <br />The Council considered the proposed Development Agreement between the City of Hugo and North <br />Suburban Development, Inc., for the development of approximately 12.6 acres into lots for 27 <br />twinhomes (54 residential units). The preliminary plat for this development was approved by the <br />Council on August 3, 1998. <br />Barnes made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the Development Agreement between the City of <br />Hugo and North Suburban Development, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FINAL PLAT (ONEKA LAKE VIEW EAST) <br />The Council considered for approval a proposed final plat for the development known as Oneka Lake <br />View East. The Council asked the developer to submit a landscaping plan for the cul-de-sac/bike path <br />area in an effort to limit headlight annoyance for a neighbor across the streets from the development. <br />
