If <br />determined to be necessary, the developer agrees to modify the area of the cul-de-sac. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SIGN PERMIT (PINEVIEW MEADOWS) <br />Sedona Homes, Inc., 4910 Highway 61, WBL, MN., requested a variance to construct a temporary 96 <br />s` ft sign advertising lots fur sale at the Pineview Meadow:- subdivision (behind Nadeau's) .vher:! 32 sq <br />ft is allowed by ordinance. The sign would be allowed under Chapter 266-10. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to deny the request of Sedona Homes for a 96 sq ft <br />advertising sign as the sign is too large. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />REVISED STATE AID STREET PLAN <br />The City Engineer presented a revised State Aid Street Plan for submission to MnDOT deleting <br />Goodview Avenue, between 137th Street and Oneka Lake Blvd from the plan, and adding 132nd <br />Street, between Goodview Avenue and Homestead Avenue, to the plan. The Engineer will provide to <br />the Council a resolution implementing these changes after they are reviewed and approved by MnDOT. <br />CITY STREET PLAN AMENDMENT <br />Haas made motion, Barnes seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1999-4, A RESOLUTION <br />DIRECTING THAT 140TH STREET AND EVERTON AVENUE BE PLACED ON THE CITY'S <br />TRANSPORTATION PLAN. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Haas, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />FENWAY AVENUE LANDSCAPING <br />The Council directed Laurie McRostie, a landscape architect with OSM, to meet with residents along <br />Fenway Avenue, between 140th and 142nd Streets, to determine property owners' desires for <br />landscaping the street as part of the construction project. Ms. McRostie's report on the meeting, as <br />well as a cost estimate for the proposed landscaping was provided to the Council for their review. NSP <br />has been requested to provide the City with a cost estimate for extending street lighting along Fenway <br />Avenue, but has not yet responded. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Ba: t.es sezonz ied, to table this matter until the Counci' meeting of MT cl! 1, <br />1999. <br />All aye.
