The Council could also establish a property owner <br />association for the industrial park on the property being sold by the City and place <br />responsibility for the maintenance on this association. Additionally, the City could also <br />pay for this ongoing maintenance out of general fund. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table this discussion to allow for further <br />Council deliberation. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JOINT MEETING WITH LINO LAKES <br />At the City Council meeting of March 16, 1998, the Council directed staff to coordinate a <br />joint meeting with the City Councils of Hugo, Lino Lakes, and potentially, White Bear <br />Township to discuss issues of mutual concern. The City is still waiting for a response <br />from Lino Lakes to set a date for the meeting. No action was taken at this time. <br />SPECIAL MEETING BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br />Staff recommended that the Council set a date for a special meeting to conduct an in - <br />progress review of the development of the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. This meeting <br />would include review of the covenants for the Park, financing of property acquisition, and <br />other matters relating to the Park's development. <br />Goiffon made motion, Leroux seconded, to schedule a special meeting for April 13, 1998, <br />Hugo City Hall, at 7:30PK to conduct an in -progress review of the Bald Eagle Industrial <br />Park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ANTENNA LEASE <br />U.S. West Wireless Communications has indicated an interest in using the City's south <br />water tower as a location for erecting a cellular telephone antenna system. The Council <br />considered a proposed letter addressed to U.S. West indicating the conditions under <br />which the City would enter into a lease arrangement for the three antennas necessary. <br />U.S. West indicated an interest in constructing the antennas within one to two months. <br />Goiffon made motion, Miron seconded, approving submittal of the draft letter to U.S. <br />West, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
