The Council could also establish a property owner association for the industrial park on the property being sold by the City and place responsibility for the maintenance on this association. Additionally, the City could also pay for this ongoing maintenance out of general fund. Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table this discussion to allow for further Council deliberation. JOINT MEETING WITH LINO LAKES At the City Council meeting of March 16, 1998, the Council directed staff to coordinate a joint meeting with the City Councils of Hugo, Lino Lakes, and potentially, White Bear Township to discuss issues of mutual concern. The City is still waiting for a response from Lino Lakes to set a date for the meeting. No action was taken at this time. SPECIAL MEETING BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK) Staff recommended that the Council set a date for a special meeting to conduct an in - progress review of the development of the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. This meeting would include review of the covenants for the Park, financing of property acquisition, and other matters relating to the Park's development. Goiffon made motion, Leroux seconded, to schedule a special meeting for April 13, 1998, Hugo City Hall, at 7:30PK to conduct an in -progress review of the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. All aye. Motion Carried. ANTENNA LEASE U.S. West Wireless Communications has indicated an interest in using the City's south water tower as a location for erecting a cellular telephone antenna system. The Council considered a proposed letter addressed to U.S. West indicating the conditions under which the City would enter into a lease arrangement for the three antennas necessary. U.S. West indicated an interest in constructing the antennas within one to two months. Goiffon made motion, Miron seconded, approving submittal of the draft letter to U.S. West, as amended. All aye. Motion Carried.
