The sign shall be constructed in accordance with the State Building Code. <br />Voting AYE: Arcand, Goiffon; Leroux, Moon <br />Voting NAY: Barnes <br />Motion Carried. <br />DANGEROUS DOG DESIGNATION APPEAL (STOLP) <br />Mrs. Karen Stolp, 4681 170th Street, has appealed to the Council the City Attorney's designation of <br />six to eight of her dogs, maintained at the above address, as dangerous dogs in accordance with the <br />City's animal control ordinance. She requested that the matter be table until the Council meeting Of <br />November 16,1998. <br />Miron made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table until the Council meeting of 11/16/98. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (SWEET GRASS MEADOWS) <br />Because the Council did not have adequate time to consider the revised Development Agreement <br />provided to them at the meeting, the following motion was made: <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to table until the special Council meeting of November 4, <br />1998: <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FINAL PLAT (SWEET GRASS MEADOWS) <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table until the meeting of 11/04/98. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />130TH STREET LIFT STATION <br />Mr. John R. Peterson, representing Oakwood Land Development, Inc., submitted a letter requesting <br />the City rebid the improvement project on 130th Street until December, 1998, with the intent to <br />begin construction in early January, and completed prior to June 15, 1999. Mr. Peterson is fronting <br />the money for these improvements as part of the Beaver Ponds development. <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, authorizing OSM to reject all bids received for the 130th <br />Street lift station project, and prepare plans and specs for a bid opening in December, 1998. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
