City Council meeting of August 1$, 1997 <br />Page 5 <br />I awd U 1011 D1 q 1 1 : I► <br />Mr. Fifield presented the Council with a resolution and background information <br />regarding the sale of bonds for purchase of the Rosemary Linden property. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 97-17, RESOLUTION <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $320,000 TAXABLE <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT BONDS, SERIES 1997, AND <br />PLEDGING FOR THE SECURITY THEREOF TAX INCREMENTS. <br />VOTING AYE: Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />VOTING NAY: Debi Johnson <br />Motion Carried. <br />Because Lot 7, Block 1 of Dellwood Ridge lies in two communities, Condition 21 of the <br />Development Agreement placed a deed restriction on the lot prohibiting further <br />subdivision. It was learned that the deed restriction had never been recorded, and the <br />property owners are now seeking a building permit. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the Agreement between the City of <br />Hugo and Daniel and Sue Johnson, restricting further subdivision of Lot 7, Block 1, <br />located in the Dellwood Ridge subdivision. <br />All aye. Motion Carried, <br />John Halko, a resident of Egg Lake Road, was present at the meeting requesting that the <br />City consider no overnight parking and snow emergency route designation for Egg Lake <br />Road. tie stated that a white, panel -like truck sits for long periods of time, without being <br />moved, on the road. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing the Maintenance Supervisor to inspect <br />and report his findings to the Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The City Administrator updated the Council on a meeting with Metro Council regarding <br />approval of the City's Comp Plan to be held on Wednesday, August 20th. <br />
