Motion Carried. <br />PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (OAKSHORE PARK:) <br />The City of Hugo received a petition from property owners adjacent to <br />Europa Avenue, Exhall Avenue, 126th Street, Ethan Avenue, and 16th Street <br />Court for improvement to their property for the construction of sanitary <br />sewer, municipal water, streets, curb and gutter, and storm sewer, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Chapter 429. A resolution was drafted for <br />Council consideration declaring the adequacy of the petition, and <br />directing the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility report for the <br />project. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 95-18, A <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING P'REP'ARATION OF <br />REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO P'ROP'ERTY IN OAKSHORE PARK. <br />Leroux made motion, LaValle seconded,.to reconsider adoption of the <br />resolution in the previous motion. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The resolution should be corrected to include Europa Avenue and Ethan <br />Avenue, south to 122nd Street, both located in the Oakshore Park plat, in <br />the resolution. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 95-18, A <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO P'ROP'ERTY IN OAKSHORE PARK. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />P'ROP'OSAL FOR ENGINEER SERVICES ( OAKSHORE PAR.ta <br />The City Engineer proposed to perform the professional engineering <br />services for the Oakshore Park project for a fee based on project <br />construction costs. Because City funds have been expended on two <br />different occasions for this same report, the Cite Engineer stated that he <br />would charge for time and materials for the study, and should the project <br />go forward, charge on a percentage basis. <br />Barnes made motion, Goiffon seconded, authorizing OSM to proceed with the <br />feasibility report to be charged based on time and materials, at a cost <br />not to exceed <br />All aye.
