Staff and applicant determine the volume of sod to be sold per year, <br />from the site, whether wholesale or retail. <br />AYE: Agness, Kellison, Schumann, Peltier <br />ABSTAIN: Miltz-Miller <br />Motion passed. <br />AME <br />Art and Mary Munger, 5311 165th Street, have requested an amendment to an <br />existing SUP on their property to allow for the addition of a 320 sq ft <br />addition to an existing outbuilding on the site. This would increase the <br />gross floor area of accessory buildings on the property to 5,568 sq ft, <br />where 3,600 sq ft is allowed by ordinance. The Mungers' property consists <br />of 19 acres zoned Conservancy. <br />The public hearing was opened. Ms. Tara Hagle adamantly opposed any <br />addition to Mr. Mungers buildings on site. The public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Munger stated he has two, 19 acre parcels. He has 8 horses on site. <br />He uses the buildings for equipment and feed storage, a barn for the <br />animals, and other personal items. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Schumann to recommend approval of the <br />request of Art & Mary Munger to construct a 320 sq. ft. addition on their <br />property at 5311 165th St. <br />AYE: Schumann, Peltier <br />NAY: Ke1lison" Aqness, Miltz-Miller <br />Motion failed. <br />Mr. Thomas Walsh, 5635 165th Street, has submitted an application for a <br />SUP to store and process firewood at the above address. The PC iast <br />considered this request on May 24, 1995, when they tabled action on the <br />request until their meeting of July 26, 1995 in order to allow Mr. Walsh <br />the opportunity to present additional information on the proposed use of <br />the property. Specifically, the PC requested a more detailed site plan of <br />the proposed use, to include tree planting, survey of the property, <br />delineation of the wetlands, and Rice Creek Watershed approval, as well as <br />approval from the Hugo Fire Chief for emergency vehicle access to the <br />property. Mr. Walsh has provided the City a letter from Kate Drewry, <br />Administrator of the RCWD, recommending that a wetlands delineation be <br />made for the site. <br />
