The Brown's Creek Watershed Management Organization has <br />indicated that thev will not require a review of the site prior to <br />granting the SUP. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Agness to recommend approval of the <br />request of Patrick Gervais, to subdivide 20 acres into two, ten acre <br />oarcels as described above. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />LaMetti & Sons, 16028 Forest Blvd. No., Hugo, has requested a Special Use <br />Permit to allow River City Asphalt Inc. temporary use their property for <br />operation of a hot mix asphalt plant from May 1, 1994, to October 15, <br />1994. During this time, RCA will be overlaying Trunk Highway 61, through <br />Washington County and Interstate 35E. LaMetti's property is currently <br />zoned Industrial and under Hugo code, operation of an asphalt plant on <br />this site would be a special use. <br />Richard Carron, River City Asphalt, stated that the plant would be located <br />in the Northeast corner of the site, with temporary access to Highway 61. <br />The plant would be cushioned in sand. He also stated they would clean up <br />the site to the satisfaction of the City and the owner of the property. <br />Jonathan Meisen, representing Hugo 2000, expressed concerns regarding <br />extensive traffic on 8A and felt an alternate route should be determined. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Schumann to recommend approval of the <br />Special Use Permit request of LaMetti & Sons for River City Asphalt to <br />operate a hot mix asphalt plant on their property at 16028 Forest Blvd., <br />from May 1, 1994 to October 15, 1994, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A bond be provided by <br />engineer to guarantee <br />for the restoration. <br />2. All necessary permits <br />3. Hours of operation be <br />safety. <br />4' An alternate route be <br />5.
