Hugo Planning Commission <br />March 25, 1981 <br />Page 2 Of 5 <br />ZIMMCO WOOD - ANNUAL REVIEW OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Tom Zimmerman was present, and discussed his request that the 24 x 24 garage <br />located on the property be considered as a permanent structure. The building <br />has served their purpose as of this time, and still have plans for the con- <br />struction of a new building within the next year or two. The Planning Commission <br />determined that it would be to the city's gdvantage to grant an extension to <br />Item 1 of the Special Use Permit rathe,W- lacing the garage a permanent structure. <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peloquin, for the continuance of the Special <br />Use Permit for Zimmco Wood for another year, with the following modifications: <br />r , <br />1. A 24 x 24 garage be allowed to be placed on the property for a period <br />not to exceed four (4) years from the date of the Special Use Permit. At <br />that time, the building to be constructed in accordance with the plans <br />submitted, and so positioned relative to perc test that a valid Building <br />Permit can be obtained. <br />2. Dust suppression measures shall be installed at the expense of the permit <br />holder to protect those residences existing along the haul route. (eliminate <br />the word temporary) <br />5. Item 5 - remain the smae <br />6. Item 6 - remain the same ` <br />7. Permit holder shall provide a bond in the amount o� $5.,000.00, in favor of <br />the City of Hugo, to guarantee compliance with Iieer�� and 4 of the Special <br />Use Permit. Bond should also guarantee removal of the 24 x 24 garage within <br />four ( 4 ) years of the date of the permit. <br />8. Item 8 - remain the same <br />9. Item 9 should remain with new dates as determined by the City Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PAUL RICE - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Rice, 12743 Keller Avenue, owns 61 acres in the Conservancy zone, and would <br />like to construct a 30 x 50 pole barn for his personal use. The existing driveway <br />would be used. 11 <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to recommen�%o?VtAe Site Plan for <br />Paul Rice to construct a 30 x 50 pole barn to be used for personal storage. <br />All aye.
