Hugo Planning Commission March 25, 1981 Page 3 of 5 LEONARD KIJENSKI - SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND VARIANCE Mr. Kijenski, 14244 Hyde Avenue, owns 21 acres in the Agricultural zone, and would like to construct a 30 x 32 pole barn for his personal use. The building would be located closer to the front lot line than the principal building, but will not be visible from the road because of the trees. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Variance for Leonard Kijenski, to construct an accessory building closer to the front lot line than the principal building. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Leonard Kijenski, to construct a 30 x 32 pole barn to be used for his personal storage. All aye. Motion Carried. RONALD REICHSTADT SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE Mr. Riechstadt, 12768 Irish Avenue, awns approximately 5 acres in the RRII zone, and would like to construct a 30 x 60 pole barn to be used for his personal storage. There is a 13 x 36 loafing shed located on the property, therefore, creating the necessity for a Special Use Permit (1800 sq ft maximum allowed). Mr. Reichstadt would be establishing a new driveway to the proposed barn, and would be required to make application for a Driveway Permit. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to table the request until the meeting of April 8, 1981, so the Planning Commission members can acquaint themselved withthe property. All aye. Motion Carried. RICHARD VAIL - VARIANCES The Planning_Commission reviewed the new plan as submitted by Richard Vail on March 25, 1981. Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, to recommend denial of the Variance request of Richard Vail to change the lot depth from 130' to 88' and lot width from 100' to 86' for Lot 1, Shamrock Glen. All aye. Motion Carried. All aye. Motion Carried. Recommendation for denial because of one person who expressed concern about that lot at the public hearing.
