At renewal time of 1982, <br />inspection should be mad to see if trees planted in 1981 have grown. If trees <br />have grown, another row -trees to be planted. If trees have died, the city should <br />look at another form of screening. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JEFFREY BARBOUR - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />o <br />`y <br />Mr. Barbour was present and outlined the property that is now included in the <br />0 <br />kennel operation (approximately 120 acres). Peltier felt that Condition #15 <br />should be added to the existing Special Use Permit tying the balance of land <br /><D <br />�* <br />with the kennel. Mr. Barbour was reluctant to commit himself to this condition <br />c <br />in case that at some future time he would be forced financially to sell a portion <br />a <br />of his property. Peloquin stated that the permit should address the total acres <br />needed for the kennel operation, and in the future, should Barbour consider the <br />o <br />sale of additional property, an Amended Special Use Permit would have to be <br />9 <br />applied for and the city would consider his request. The Planning Commission <br />o <br />sugge:;ted that Mr. Barbour delete the 3 acres lying across County Road 8A from <br />the kennel boundaries. <br />w <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend approval of the Amended <br />Special Use Permit for Jeffrey Barbour, Benson Kennel, with the addition of Condi- <br />CO <br />tion X15 stating that the kennel operation consists of approximately 117 acres, as <br />6 <br />indicated by the red lines on the Site Plan. If more land is to be sold, an Amended <br />Special Use Permit will have to be applied for and require city approval. <br />X <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ART LACASSE - DIVISION OF LAND ON ELMCREST AVENUE <br />Mr. LaCasse had been before the Planning Commission previously regarding the division <br />of 27 acres in Agricultural zone. Mr. LaCasse stated that his son will be pur- <br />chasing 10 acres and that he has another buyer for the 17 acres. Mr. LaCasse was <br />advised that he will need Land Division and to appear before the City Council. <br />BILL STOUVENEL - SALE OF BLDG IN BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />Mr. Stoevenel, agent for PHD Industry, has sold the property to The Bottle Company <br />(Lot 3, Block 2). <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to add Mr. Stoevenel for all purposes. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Stoevenel stated that the new business makes plastic bottles (injection molding), <br />and employs approximately 10 people.
