Greger again stated that.he did not feel the two lots consisted of 20 acres and suggested Mr. Flannery have the surveyor recheck the calculations. Lorch stated that he had no objection to the rezoning because it was consistent with the balance of the property across the road and north. Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend approval of the rezoning request of Dean Nelson to rezone 20 acres from.CONS to AG per the submitted Cer- tificate of Survey. All aye. Motion Carried. Mr. Flannery was provided an application for Land Division to divide the parcels if rezoning approved by the City Council. NORMAN HORTON - AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSES (2) Mr. Suudeen and Mr. Nelson were present and provided a picture of the yard with the new parking signs. Signs have been placed within the yard that should make it clear where patrons should park. The highway department has been contacted, and will be placing barricades along the right-of-way for further protection. Two separate licenses are required for two separate operations on the same property, with one SUP for entire piece. Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval for the renewal of two (2) Auto Dismantling Licenses for Norman Horton for a period of one year. The $1,500.00 bond is continuous unless notified otherwise. All aye. Motion Carried. GARY GULLIKSON - SITE PLAN APPROVAL Mr. Gullickson, 5651 180th Street, owns 2 acres in the AG zone, and would like to construct a 40 x 60 pole barn for personal storage. Mr. Gullikson stated that he has made application for a Driveway Permit. Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the request of Gary Gullikson, 5651 180th Street, to construct a 40 x 60 pole barn for his per- sonal use and storage, as per the submitted Site Plan. All aye. Motion Carried. VERN PELOQUIN - MINOR SUBDIVISION Mr. Peloquin provided proof -of -ownership for the land to be divided in the park. Land to be divided is to be sold to Hubbard Broadcasting for installation of on earth satellite station and 14 x 30 building. Mr. Peloquin also submitted a letter that will be forwarded to the -City Council for reconsideration of his plat. The land to be divided will be known as Lots 11 & 12, Block 4, when the final plat is approved. Mr. Peloquin stated that he will be meeting with reps from Rice Creek Watershed to discuss the overall drainage plan in the park.
