Ehret made motion, seconded by Peltier, that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the request of Safeway House Movers for a Special Use Permit, provided that: 1. Evergreens, minimum of 1.0 ft in height, be planted 10 ft on center spacing along the length of 165th Street. 2. Seedlings, same spacing, be planted on west side of railroad tracks the length of the property. 3. The buildings be parked on the property as described in accampanying drawing. If the bui:dings are not placed on the square as per diagram, the Special Use Permit will be declared null ana void after a period of 30 days. Notice of such to bc: given to property owner. 4. That said trees be planted no later than June 30, 1978. 5. That all dead trees be replaced within a period of one year. 6. !t "1,000.00 irrevocable letter of credit be provided to insure the planting of the trees. 7. They would like to extend 130th Street eastw-lrd 13320 ft, and subdivide 120 acres into 10 acre building sites. The extension will runaon�, the north line of the NVE'- of the: `Afj of Section 33. Peloquin stated that -the cit;► does not accept a cul-de-sac more than 660 ft. He also questioned whetlier road requirenent:, would detract from the minimum lot size. Ehret said that right- of-ways are to be considered as part of the lot size. Ehret stated that currently the city would not allow 132019 however, if it is a preexisting street that would be another matter. Rosenqui3t made motion, seconded by Peltier, that Mr. Shubat bring in more information on proof of existing road. Matter to be tabled until that time. All aye. Motion carried.
