Hugo Planning Commission <br />August 10, 1977 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Len Noack - cont. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Gillen, that Planning Commission <br />recommend approval of the request of Mr. Noack to allow -% expand <br />his auto dismantling yard by the distance of 200 feet south. The <br />entire southern boundary of the proposed expanded lot east of the pro- <br />posed highway screen shall be fenced. The fence to be chain linked <br />equal to the one he already has, and that two rows of trees be planted <br />for screening, at least 3 feet tall. No dow--4- , decking be allowed <br />whatsoever in the new addition. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Peloquin, Gillen, and Mcallister <br />ABSTAINED: Greger and Rosenquist <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Fred Fulbriaht - Rezoning <br />The City Council had directed that the Pugh property was added to the <br />rezoning request erroneously, a more accurate legal of the property <br />to be rezoned was needed,and proof of ownership provided before any <br />action could be taken. Mr. Simonet provided McAllister with the <br />necessary legal description of the land to be rezoned, and a letter <br />stating that Mr. Fulbright was the of the land to be rezoned. <br />Only the property in the back is to be rezoned - none in the front. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Gillen, that the Planning <br />Commission recommend approval of Fred Fulbright's rezoning request <br />and let the record show that the information requested by the City <br />Council and city attorney has been obtained. The exact legal des- <br />cription of the property to be rezoned is included, and the statement <br />requested by the city attorney relative to proof of ownership is also <br />included. The portion to be rezoned is outlined in red in "Exhibit 3". <br />VOTING FOR: Pelter, Peloquin, Greger, Rosenquist, Gillen, and McAllister <br />Motion carried. <br />North Oaks Kenned - Amended Special Use Permit <br />There was no representative at the meeting. <br />Ronald Granger - Minor Subdivision c� ryM� <br />Mr..Granger.bubmitted An application for minor subdivision, One of <br />the parcels will be 77J feet wide which is below city code. Mr. <br />Granger presented a copy of the survey of the property to be divided. <br />Bill Schwab stated when the Planning Commission approves the subdi- <br />vision, they will also be approving the variance. They are making it <br />a lot of record. <br />
