Hugo Planning Commission <br />July 27, 1977 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />Grace Development - cont. <br />Gillen made motion, seconded by Peltier, that we recommend to the <br />City Council that in the future, should information be requested by <br />the Planning Commission of an applicant, and it is not provided, <br />after two presentations subsequent to the first to the Planning <br />Commission, the applicant be denied further action for a minumum <br />of one year. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, and McAllister <br />Motion carried. <br />Gillen made motion to recommend approval of Grace Development's re- <br />quest for Minor Subdivision as presented. <br />Gillen withdrew motion. <br />Gillen made motion, seconded by Greger, that Mr. Gillen meet with <br />City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto, at the site for additional input for <br />presentation at the meeting of August 10, 1977. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, and McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peloquin <br />Motion carried. <br />Secretary was instructed to write letter to Mr. Kuusisto asking that <br />he be present at the meeting of August 10, 1977, to discuss the re- <br />quest as made by Grace Development. <br />Recessed 9:35 PM Reconvened 9:46 PM <br />Thomas Frampton -_Special Use Permit <br />Mr. Frampton would like to purchase 30 acres of property for the <br />purpose of selling nursery stock. band is presently owned by Rey- <br />nold Arcand. Access to the proposed greenhouses would be via County <br />Road 10, and would constructed of aluminum. At this point, the green- <br />house is a long range roject. Would build a machine shed as soon <br />as possible (16' x 601�. Mr. Frampton stated that they would hope to be <br />building a home within three years. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to schedule a Public <br />Hearing for September 14, 1977, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the re- <br />quest of Thomas Frampton for a Special Use Permit to sell nursery stock. <br />Mr. Frampton must provide (1) proof of ownership, (2) site plan with <br />locations of the house, machine shed, and greenhouse, and (3) provide <br />names of property owners within 300' of the property in question. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />
