Motion Carried. 1994 FOREST LAKE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU CONTRACT The Forest Lake Youth Service Bureau provided the City with a Contract for Services for 1994, in an amount not to exceed $2,8(_)O.i)(:). The Contract represents no change from previous contracts, and funding of this item is currently in the 1994 budget. The staff recommended approval of the Contract. Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the 1994 Purchase of Service Agreement, between the City of Hugo and the Forest Lake Youth Service Bureau, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign said Contract on behalf of the City of Hugo. All aye. Motion Carried. PROPOSED AGREEMENT (STOLTZMAN)_ On May 18, 1993, Laura K'. Stoltzman and Walter L. Stoltzman applied for a Special Use Permit to continue operation of auto repair business located at 8221 157th Street North. On the advice of the City Attorney, an Agreement was drafted to settle differences between the applicant and the City. At the City Council meeting of October 18, 1993, the City Council considered the Agreement, tabling action until November 1st, to allow the City Attorney to make amendments regarding permitted employees. The City received a letter from Mr. Stoltzman withdrawing his application for a SUP. Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, delegating Councilman LerouX to serve as a liaison between the City Council and the Stoltzman family, in an attempt to resolve differences in the Agreement.
