-5- <br />4) A bond or letter of credit for the construction of the <br />street and public utilities shall be posted with the city <br />until said improvements are completed. <br />5) That the driveways shall be surfaced to the edge of the <br />street right of way at the time of construction of the m& in <br />building and parking lot. That the driveways shall be bit- <br />uminous surface up to the edge of the parking lot no later <br />than December ?l, 1977 and that the parking lot itself be <br />surfaced either with bituminous or crushedrock in it's <br />entirety no later than December 11, 1978. <br />6) Parking lot shall be surfaced with bituminous material in <br />it's entirety no later than December '1, 1982. <br />7) The plans as submitted to the Flanning Commission shall be <br />reviewed by Rice Creek Watershed District and a report by <br />that body be secured prior to action by the City Council. <br />8) It being recognized that the proposed use of the property <br />as a church is in effect semi-public use - no p�-rkland ded- <br />ication will be required. <br />The necessary documents concerning the ownership of the prop- <br />erty are on file and copies herewith transmitted to the City <br />Council. <br />Voting for: Spitzer, Ehret, Peltier. Voting no: Johnson. <br />Peloquin abstained. Motion carried. <br />Eugene LaBelle <br />Mr. LaBelle appeared with a request to sell 8 acres of his total <br />acreage of 11.8 acres at the corner of 157th Street and Harrow Avenue. <br />It is presently zoned Agricultural and Lakeshore. He intends to sell <br />eight acres and keep the remaining 1.8 acees which includes all build- <br />ings for himself. <br />Spitzer recommended to Mr. LaBelle thp.t he make application for <br />a rezoning. <br />Motion made by Pelonuin, seconded by Peltier, to adjourn the <br />meeting at 9:58PM.
