The renewal of this permit <br />shall require an additional inspection fee to be made by the appli- <br />cant. <br />Voting for: Spitzer, Ehret, Peloquin and Peltier. Motion carried. <br />BUR -LAA MINING PERMIT <br />Spitzer read the conditions outlined in Mining Permit Renewal #2, <br />dated May 5, 1975, issued to the partnership of Richard Bury and Palmer <br />Peterson, 6401 Industrial Drive, Box 338, Hopkins, Minnesota, for the <br />period of one year. Spitzer noted that through Council action the per- <br />mit has been extended from May 5, 1976 through June 30, 1976 and the <br />bone has been posted through that date. <br />Spitzer read notice from City Engineer that the area has been <br />inspected - stockpile is still at site, which is relatively clean - <br />appears no further operations have been in pro7ress since previous <br />inspection. <br />Motion made by 13hret, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend to the <br />City Council that the Bur -Lar, Inc. Mining Permit be renewed until <br />June 30, 1977 with all the same conditions as outlined in Renewal #2, <br />dated May 5, 1975, subject to the continuation of the bond and pay- <br />ment of the appropriate fees. <br />Voting for: Spitzer, Ehret, Peloquin, and Feltier. Motion carried. <br />FISHER MINING 'PERMIT <br />Spitzer read the conditions attached to Renewal #3, dated June 16, <br />1975, City File #1972 -102 -SUP. Stated City Engineer has inspected the <br />Fisher pit and there has been no change in the mining operation from <br />the previous inspection. Condition of pit appears to be satisfactory. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend to the <br />City Council that the Mining Permit for Fisher Construction Company, <br />Inc., of Rosemount, Minnesota, dated June 16, 1975, be renewed until <br />June 30, 1977, subject to the continuation of the performance bond and <br />certificate of insurance and payment of appropriate fees. <br />Voting for: Spitzer, _Ehret, Peloquin and Peltier. Motion cArried. <br />INDYKIEWICZ PERMIT <br />Spitzer noted that according to the city records, Indykiewicz <br />bond expired on February 23, 1976. Applicant told to furnish city <br />with proof of bond extension. Spitzer read conditions as stated in <br />Permit Renewal #4, undated, City File #1972 -110 -MP. Permit limited <br />to the removal of sand and black dirt only. <br />City Engineer notes that area has been inspected and does not <br />conform to mining ordinance nor the permit with regard to drainage of <br />excavated area.
