Neighborhood involvement in improving and maintaining part: facilities. <br />City Administrator Huber explained current City policy as it relates to <br />its parts, and identified the land owned by the City that is designated <br />for parts. Councilman Miron agreed to wort; with the residents of the <br />subdivision to discuss the issues listed above, and report the results of <br />his meetings for Council consideration. <br />SITE FLAN AP'P'ROVAL ( WILSON TOOL) <br />Mr. Kenneth H. Wilson of Wilson Tool International, Inc., has made <br />application to the City of Hugo for site plan approval to construct two <br />structures on their property identified as 122912 Farnham Avenue, Hugo, <br />MN. The property is located in the Fuld Eagle Industrial Park, is zoned <br />industrial, and consists of approximately 23.2 acres. Wilson Tool wishes <br />to expand its manufacturing facility by adding a 260' x, 170' , and a 100' x <br />100' concrete block structures to the existing buildings on site. The new <br />structures are to be used as a machine shop and warehouse. The smaller <br />structure involves the enclosing of the previous dock area. The proposal <br />in question is consistent with the overall site development plan <br />previously approved by the City Council. City Administrator Huber <br />reviewed the different construction phases proposed by Wilson Tool. <br />Howard Kuusisto explained the drainage system on site. Mr. John Glenn of <br />Wilson Tool indicated they had no objections to complying with the special <br />conditions of site plan approval. <br />Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the site plan request of <br />Wilson Tool of 12912 Farnham Avenue, by expanding its manufacturing <br />facility by adding a 170' x 260' and 100' x 100' concrete block structures <br />to the existing buildings on site. Approval is subject to the following <br />special conditions: <br />1. Compliance with all requirements of the RCWD. <br />2 Compliance with the overall drainage plan for the area, and <br />recommendations of the City Engineer. <br />3. Development., shall occur consistent with the current proposal, and the <br />phasing and development plan previousIv approved by the City. <br />4. Further expansion of the proposed structure or development to the west <br />of said structure shall require site plan approval, and must address <br />off-street parting and the extension of Falcon Avenue. <br />5. All on-sii.e drainage must be consistent with the previously approved <br />drainage plans. <br />6. Applicant shall clean ponding outlets, as directed by the City <br />Engineer. <br />All aye.
