City Council meeting of July 6, 1.992 <br />Page 4 <br />COUNTY ROAD "J" RESOLUTION <br />The City received a copy of a letter from TKDA engineers in reference to <br />County Road J improvement project. T'M::DA .is requesting that the City adopt <br />two resolutions required by the MNDOT to secure the state -aid funding for <br />this project. In addition, TKDA is requesting immediate authorization for <br />Bob Lydon to be the attorney of record for right-of-way acquisition. TK.DA <br />is concerned that if the property acquisition is not completed soon, the <br />project completion date will be delayed until 1993. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1992-12, <br />RESOLUTION INDICATING THAT FLANS FOR PROJECT NO. S.P. 62-600-•0.; SHOWING <br />P'ROP'OSED ALIGNMENT, PROFILES, GRADES AND CROSS SECTIONS FOR 'THE <br />CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY STATE -AID HIGHWAY <br />NO. CO. RD. 81 WITHIN THE L'IMIT'S OF' THE CITY AS A FEDERAL AID PROJECT HAVE <br />BEEN PREPARED AND PRESENTED TO THE CITY. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1.992-.1:_,, <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN 'THE COUNTY OF RAMSEY AND THE <br />CITY OF HUGO FOR FEDERAL -AID HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, BrUnotte, Leroux. Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />OAKSHORE PARK IMPROVEMENT" P'ETIT'ION <br />The City of Hugo has received a petition from residents of the Oakshore <br />Park subdivision for improvements to be made to their property, including <br />the installation and construction of mater, and sanitary sewer services, <br />as well as a bituminous surface to the street. Certain individuals, who <br />have signed the petition, have reconsidered and filed a counter petition <br />to remove their names from the original petition. It was determined that <br />the petition meets the legal reqt..tirements f�':)r- acceptance. <br />Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to adc.ot. The City's share of the project cost is expected to be <br />approximately $6,198. This project wnUld by F•gi..tiva.lent. to that Undertaken <br />in 1991, between the City of Hugo and Lin(:. i.._a4:.Fs, for the .i.r,-,prove-ment of <br />Elmcrest Avenue, between County Road 1.4 and .1.:7()th Street. <br />
