PROJECT. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />Leroux, made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 92-28, RESOLUTION <br />FOR HEARING ON THE HENNA AVENUE P.I. PROJECT ASSESSMENT. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT (KENCO SIGN PERMIT <br />Kenco Construction has applied for a permit to construct and maintain a <br />sign at the north west corner of 147th Street and State Highway 61. The <br />purpose of the sign is to direct potential home buyers towards the Rice <br />Lake Meadows subdivision. The Planning Commission considered this request <br />at their September 23, 1992 meeting, and recommended approval of the <br />permit. <br />Barnes made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the request. of Kenco <br />Construction for a SUP to construct and maintain a sign at the north west <br />corner of 147th Street and State Highway 61. Approval is subject to the <br />following special conditions: <br />1. The sign be classified as temporary. <br />2. The oermit shall expire no lat r than December 1. 1994. <br />Z. : ne sign shall be not be lighted. and =hall Lc in good <br />condition at all time. <br />4. The sign shall be installed in such a manner so as not to obstruct <br />visibility of the intersection near the sign. <br />5. No additional signs shall be installed on the site in question. <br />All dye. Motion Carried. <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT (ERNST) <br />David J. end Stacy A. The SUP is required because the building will encroach on a Zone <br />"A" flood way The building will be used to house a horse, related hay and <br />feed, and lawn equipment. The Planning Commission considered their <br />request on September 23, 1992, and recommended approval as requested. Mr. <br />Ernst was present at the meeting, and stated he recognizes the risk: he is <br />taking in constructing the proposed building in a Zone "A" flood way. <br />
