Hugo Planning Commission <br />October 27, 1976 <br />Page 2 <br />Ehret made motion, seconded by Peltier, to recommend to the City <br />Council approval of the Special Use Permit for Donald Boos contin- <br />gent on the following conditions: 1. That the special use permit <br />be limited to the keeping of 8 adult dogs. 2. The kennel to be <br />located on the east side of the house toward the interior. 3. Dog <br />runs to be properly fenced and the runways to be of either concrete <br />or asphalt. <br />VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Ehret, Peltier, Peloquin, Rosenquist, Greger, <br />and Gillen <br />Motion Carried <br />Jim Brevis - Rezoning_ <br />Mr. Brevig presented a map showing the location of the property in <br />question. Rosenquist stated that Mr. Brevig should present a perc <br />test and soil borings to the Planning Commission before any action <br />can be taken. Mr. Brevig was advised to check with City Hall as <br />to previous perc tests that have been taken in Evergreen Hills #1. <br />Mr. Brevig was advised to present a perc test and soil borings <br />for the home and driveway. The chair ruled to table Brevig request <br />for rezoning untill the appropriate data is completed. <br />Ehret made motion, seconded by Rosenquist, to reopen the approval <br />of the minutes after the following changes are maae: rage 2 - <br />Mallinger - rezoning of a portion of the 73J acres. Page 3 - Vic <br />Myer - rezoning according to modification on amended zoning map. <br />Ehret made motion, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes <br />as amended. All aye. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, to approve the supplement <br />to the agenda, the sequence being changed to 1 - 3 - 2. All aye. <br />..orge Jun-ablut - Subdivision <br />The 11:ommission reviewed the plat as presented by Jungblut. <br />'here ;rill be access to the lake with each piece of property. <br />Rosenquist suggested closing the access to the lake until the area <br />is entirely developed to prevent any possible problems. A perc <br />test will hasp to be done on each building site, and also proving <br />that a via.. ` .:g site does in fact exist. Secretary instructed to <br />set up a putlic hearing for George Jungblut for 7:30 P.M. on <br />November 24, 1976. Applicant is required to file to this office no <br />later than November 4, 1976, a list of all adjacent owners within <br />300 feet on any portion of the entire boundary. <br />Recessed 9:18 Reconvened 9:24 <br />June Smith --Special-Use Permit - Applicant Shepherd of the Fields Church <br />Mrs. Smith showed on a Shepherd of the Fields map the location of <br />the preschool. There will be a maximum attendance of 30 children <br />at any one time. The operation is to begin January 3, 1977. A <br />fire inspection is needed before a license will be issued. A letter <br />stating that the building meets state's building code must be on <br />file. Secretary instructed to set up a publich hearing for June <br />Smith at 7:00 P.M. on November 24, 1976.
