That the special use permit be limited to the keeping of 8 adult dogs. 2. The kennel to be located on the east side of the house toward the interior. 3. Dog runs to be properly fenced and the runways to be of either concrete or asphalt. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Ehret, Peltier, Peloquin, Rosenquist, Greger, and Gillen Motion Carried Jim Brevis - Rezoning_ Mr. Brevig presented a map showing the location of the property in question. Rosenquist stated that Mr. Brevig should present a perc test and soil borings to the Planning Commission before any action can be taken. Mr. Brevig was advised to check with City Hall as to previous perc tests that have been taken in Evergreen Hills #1.
