Repair or discard the pontoon boats now is water. <br /> Yes vote. Iv <br /> 7. Repair or replace and add to docks. Yes vote. <br /> 8. Clean. up area by docks, removing trach and tall weeds. Yes vote. <br /> 9. Define parking lot with ties or concrete curbs. Yes vote. <br /> 10. Erect sign on building that is now tavern. Yes vote. <br /> 11. Use tavern area to display boating accessories for sale. Yes vote. <br /> 12. Consider front part of tavern bar area to use for consessions type <br /> business, featuring candy, ice cream bars, chips, pop, etc. No vote. <br /> 13. Use old living quarters in rear half of building for parts inven- <br /> tory, storing rental oars, motors, life vests, etc. Also, extra <br /> inventory of accessories, parts manuals, office area, etc. Yes vote. <br /> 14. Construct single lane launch ramp on one edge of waterfront proper- <br /> ty line from special knobby concrete blocks for private use <br /> only. Vote not needed. <br /> 15. Eventually construct a home on rear half of lot . Yes vote. <br /> Within certain limits, some of the operation would not be undue inten- <br /> sification of use, by voice vote of the Planning Commission. <br /> Gillen - Is the first page to be considered? <br /> RENTAL: Fishing boats, cars, motors, 1 or 2 ski boats, pontoon boats, <br /> Coast Guard safety equipment, trailers, ice-fishing houses, <br /> water skiing equipment. Yes vote. <br /> CONSESSIONS: In Summer - pop, candy, ice cream, chips, etc. <br /> In Winter - for snowmobilers - coffee, hot chocolate, etc. <br /> No vote. <br /> REPAIR: Outboard and 10 motor repair on site or on the lake service. <br /> Fiberglass or wood repair on boats. Snowmobile fiberglass <br /> work, may attempt some snowmobile engine repair. No vote. <br /> SALES: Coast Guard safety equipment, boating accessories, water skiis, <br /> used motors, boats, trailers. Plan to become dealer or sub- <br /> dealer for 1. or 2 motors and boats to sell them new. Possibly <br /> sailboat related items if demand is shown. Sale of bait pur- <br /> chased or gown ourselves. <br /> Sale of equipment - Intensification <br /> Sale of bait - Not intensification <br />
