The rates for field rental at Hanifl Fields are higher than surrounding communities. The <br />soccer organizations were allowed to deduct contributions such as purchasing of goals <br />and nets and lining the fields. The following fees were paid after their deductions: <br />MSA Spring Permit: $6,592 Fall Permit: $1,350 Total: $7,942 <br />WBSC Spring Permit: $1,899 Fall Permit: $3,675 Total: $5,574 <br />TOTAL: $13,516 <br />PROPOSED 2011 FEES AT HANIFL FIELDS: <br />Next season, the soccer organizations will not be contributing additional goals and will <br />have a difficult time affording the current rental fees. This is a reasonable fee to the <br />soccer organizations, covers City costs and is easily calculated. Tournaments will <br />continue to be charged separately and are not included in a season permit. <br />PROPOSED 2011 FEES AT BASEBALL FIELDS: <br />Mahtomedi Community Education is interested in reserving baseball fields in Hugo for <br />the Mahtomedi Baseball Association. Currently, White Bear Area Schools uses the <br />fields sporadically. The fields could have additional use if they are scheduled by the <br />
