PARKS COMMISSION DISCUSSION
At the meeting of May 13, 2015, the Parks Commission provided feedback to developer
about the proposed trail design, construction and donation of a park, and a proposal to
pay full park dedication through fees.
Feedback on the proposed trails and sidewalks included relocating some of the sidewalks
to the opposite side of the street. The Commission also supported adding a sidewalk so
that all of the streets in the neighborhood, except for cul-de-sacs, have a sidewalk. This
has been included in the current plans.
-2-
Clearwater Cove
August 12, 2015
