THE TRAIL <br />DEVELOPMENT POLICY IS ALSO ATTACHED. <br />Presentation of the WBLAS's Senior Survey <br />At their meeting of December 7, 2015, the City Council approved a $3,000 contribution towards a survey of <br />seniors conducted by White Bear Lake Area Schools. Morris Leatherman had been hired to conduct the <br />survey. Staff will share the presentation made by Morris Leatherman of the survey results. A community <br />forum on seniors is scheduled for the afternoon of February 10 to formulate action steps. Staff will give an <br />update that meeting. <br />THE LETTER PROVIDING AN UPDATE ON NEXT STEPS, THE MORRIS LEATHERMAN PRESENTATION, HUGO SPECIFIC DATA ARE <br />ATTACHED. <br />Update on Fable Hill Park <br />Staff met with the Board of the Fable Hills Homeowners Association and has drafted an agreement for the <br />purposes of accepting a $20,000 donation and construction of a playground. The document is being <br />reviewed by the City Attorney. The Parks Commission should review the agreement and make any needed <br />changes. The agreement is anticipated to be on the March 7, 2016 City Council agenda. Staff will present an <br />update on the anticipated next steps and timeline. A recommendation could be made to the City Council for <br />approval of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Fable Hill Homeowners Association. <br />A ROUGH DRAFT OF THE AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Parks Commission Agenda <br />February 10, 2016 <br />
