and will provide information about existing and planned improvements and will <br />provide guidance for decision makers. <br />c) Prepare text, table and graphic updates to the Housing Chapter. <br />d) Prepare text, table and graphics for the new Resilience Chapter or incorporate <br />into another chapter. <br />e) Assist staff in preparing text, table and graphics for the Economic <br />Competitiveness Chapter as directed. <br />f) Prepare the Implementation Chapter. <br />g) Prepare text updates to the introduction, background, existing conditions, <br />policies and objectives, and other elements of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />h) Incorporate the Comprehensive Plan components prepared by staff and other <br />consultants, including the Transportation Pian, Surface Water Management <br />Plan, Wastewater Plan and Water Supply Plan. <br />Throughout the process, we will work with City staff and other consultants <br />to ensure the different chapters support each other for a more <br />comprehensive and cohesive document. <br />i) Draft and compile new Comprehensive Plan language and supporting graphics <br />based on the approved plan organization. <br />j) Make minor modifications prior to distribution based on staff feedback prior to <br />distribution. <br />k) Make one comprehensive edit to the draft Comprehensive Plan based on City <br />Council, Parks Commission, Planning Commission and public input. <br />1) Prepare Met Council Submittal. <br />m) Make minor modifications to the Comprehensive Plan based on Comments <br />from adjacent jurisdictions and the Metropolitan Council <br />Proposal to Rachel Juba with the City of Hugo 6 <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan Update August 29, 2016 REVISED October 14, 2016 <br />
