Historical Commission Display Planned For <br /> Good Neighbor Days <br /> The Hugo Historical Commission will once again have a Hugo historical timeline and a graphic representation <br /> of Hugo in the 1930s,both updated from last year,on display during Good Neighbor Days. "New this year <br /> will be a display on the polio epidemic and how it affected Hugo,"explains Commission Chairperson Carrie <br /> Meyers. "We will also have a display on the St.John's cemetery,including photos and stories about some of <br /> the people buried there.
