BOND ISSUES APPROVED FOR FALL HYDRANT <br /> CITY HALL, WATER UTILITY <br /> FLUSHING BEGINS <br /> OCTOBER 1 <br /> At its August 20, 2001 meeting, the Hugo City Council approved the sale of bonds The Public Works Department will be <br /> to finance both the new City Hall project and some important additions to Hugo's flushing hydrants in the City of Hugo <br /> water system.
